How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you done? We have been in the wedding floral business since 2014! We have had the honor to provide flowers for over 350 weddings.

Are you available to do a venue walk-through before the wedding date? If so, do you charge a fee for this? We are happy to do a venue walk-through. One in-person consultation is complimentary. If you desire additional in-person meetings we do charge a fee for this.

Do you require a minimum floral budget? Yes. We do not stock flowers daily, and pre-order in wholesale quantities for events. We also want to ensure that we provide the highest quality of service and the most luxurious blooms. Our minimum order amount is $3,000.

Where do you source your flowers? The majority of our flowers come from local farms or from our own personal cutting gardens. If we cannot source it locally we have to purchase internationally. Our design shop is a proud member of the Rooted Farmers network. We are proud to support local farms by buying directly from them as much as possible.

Do you offer specific packages for floral design or is everything customized? Everything we do is customized. We do not offer floral packages.

How many weddings/events do you schedule on the same day? We try our best to keep it to one event per day. However, sometimes couples need to reschedule and sometimes that falls on a date we already have booked. This type of circumstance is rare and we do our best to avoid it.

Do you charge a delivery fee? Yes, we do! Typically we base the delivery fee off of the mileage from our studio to the event. This fee is separate from the overall floral total.

How much should I budget for wedding flowers? At least 10- 15% of your overall wedding budget. Do keep in mind that the cost of flowers vary with floral varieties, holiday demands and seasonal availability. If the majority of your inspiration pictures are lush arrangements filled with blooms-The realistic expectation would be to set aside 20-25% of your overall wedding budget. We respect that most brides do not have an unlimited budget and are happy to find ways to work with you to economize. We will share all the tricks to help you stretch your budget and while still achieving the look you desire and we are happy to discuss them with you at your consultation.

Do you offer decor rentals? We stock things like candles, vases, lanterns, stands, urns and easels. Once you have a consultation with us, we will provide you with our rental inventory list along with your floral proposal.

Do you provide general liability insurance? YES! We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Do you create a mock-up of the proposed flowers? We are happy to create a mock-up of table arrangements and/or bridal party flowers that you would like after the contract is signed. We prefer to create the arrangement between 30 and 40 days before the wedding. This accounts for seasonal flowers that may not be available year around. This gives us time to make adjustments before we give orders to our wholesalers/growers. We offer two pricing options with mock-ups. We can create them for you at 50% of retail value and we will keep them once you have seen them or you may take them home to enjoy at regular price.

Do you offer bridal bouquet preservation? We do not offer this. However, we recommend Golden Preserved local to Asheville. Check out their website for their offerings.

Can I rent the cart without flowers? Absolutely! Please inquire in the “inquire” section of our webpage and let us know what you’d like to use it for.

Can you come to my place of business with the flower cart? We would love to! Based on our availability, we can set up at your place of business and create some awesome curb appeal for your retail location.

How far in advance should I book your floral design services for an event/wedding? We typically begin filling up our calendar a year to 8 months in advance. Although there is no specific time to book, we do fill up quickly!

Do you have a cap on distance? We generally limit our travel distance to within one hour from our home base for efficient flower transportation. Our location is in Buncombe County, NC.

What happens with my flowers after you clean up at our venue? We collect any surplus flowers you do not want from your wedding and distribute them to nursing homes, hospitals, and churches for their enjoyment. The journey of these flowers doesn't end with your wedding; we delight in sharing their beauty with others beyond your special day. This complimentary service reflects our belief in the power of flowers to bring happiness, and we're committed to preventing them from being discarded.
